The Dalyan Tourism, Culture and Environment Association gave an airconditioner, books and educational materials to the handicapped children’s class at Şehit Er Gürsel Çelik School in Ekşiliyurt.

The head of the association Berna Babaoğlu said that one of the association’s main focuses is education and they use one third of their income from the ‘bring and buy sale’ for the schools in the area. Association board members Mebrure Kuzey Bloom and Süheyla Adsız are pictured with the children and their teacher in the classroom. The teacher thanked the visitors, commenting how valuable local community support is for this unique class for special needs children.
